Intellectual Property Paralegal
- Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate and 2+ years of IP paralegal experience; or, an advanced degree
- Ability to think critically with an eye toward providing solutions
- Paralegal certificate or experience working with IP related agreements and general contract terms and conditions
- Project management experience
- Experience with substantive aspects and logistics of patent preparation and prosecution or litigation
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (written and verbal)
- Prioritizes workload and manages internal and external client expectations to execute on critical priorities
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data across multiple related work streams
- Ability to understand basic engineering and scientific principles
- Ability to successfully navigate within a highly matrixed organization
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new technology tools
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
