Do you have this education?
Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Communications or Business Administration required.
Master’s degree in HR, OD, Industrial Relations, or other related degree preferred.
Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) preferred.
Do you have this experience, skills and qualifications?
HR management experience with 5+ years of successful expertise in a manufacturing or retail organization.
Must possess maturity, business ethics, professionalism, leadership skills, communication skills (both written and verbal), and presentation skills.
HRIS and Windows Office working knowledge required.
Frequent contact with: All positions within the organization.
The working conditions for this position are typical of an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet and free of fumes and airborne particulate.
This position will also be required to attend to issues on the manufacturing floor. When entering the manufacturing facility safety glasses and hearing protection are required.
