- Knowledge of the German, Austrian and Swiss healthcare and insurance system and their specific financing structure
- A developed and trusted network with the German, Austrian and Swiss health insurances, and health policy makers
- A minimum of 15 years of experience working in market access, health insurance or in the area of funding, reimbursement and/or health economics application in healthcare environment and at least 5 years experience managing people and leading teams with clear vision, transparency, and enthusiasm
- Passion to invest time in relationship-building, internally and externally.
- A good track-record building a deeply connected and highly engaged team by fostering employee inclusion, enhancing teamwork and benefit from diverse skills and experience
- Excellent command of the German and English language; French is a plus
- Master or PhD degree in (Health) Economics, Management, Medicine or Bioscience preferable
- Experience within a cross-cultural and/ or international environment is a preference
- Strong networking skills to build lasting relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you have to be an excellent communicator, able to drive change by influence (internally as well as externally), and have strong managerial skills/experience. Ideal candidates will combine good problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and have a strong interest in the German, Swiss, and Austrian political and healthcare and reimbursement systems.
