Global Product Manager - CRT-P Portfolio, Cardiac Rhythm Business
Must Have:
•Bachelor’s degree
•4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or technical experience (2 years with an Advanced Degree)
•Demonstrated product and/or program management experience with the skills to successfully lead global and/or cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
•MBA
•Strong financial and business acumen
•Analytical and results oriented
•Sales orientation or exposure to working with a high performing salesforce is very helpful
•Clinical/technical understanding of cardiac therapies and/or medical devices
•Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies and product lines and customer types is desired
•Experience with leading cross-functional teams and presenting to various levels of the organization including external customers
