Global Portfolio Health Lead
- Bachelor Degree Required
- 5+ Years of engineering experience within medical devices/healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and product performance.
- Knowledge of quality and document control systems.
- Track record of driving results in project management capacities.
- Project Management background (or demonstrated capability) desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated ability to apply engineering experience to drive achievement of operational and quality goals for business.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and lead others.
- Engineering and/or Quality experience is required.
- Willingness to travel (35%).
- Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written is preferred
- Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages
