Must Have - Minimum Requirements:
Required Experience
• University Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advance degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
•Proven success in executing projects resulting in measurable productivity enhancement
Nice to Have:
• High energy, results-orientated individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Lean Six Sigma and/or project management certification
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with interests in building strong relationships
• Demonstrable project management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
• Proven ability to interface in matrixed team environment with various levels of management, staff, and other functional areas
• Strong business acumen – Ability to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame business questions; Can operate with a degree of ambiguity and make informed assumptions to fill gaps in data
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently, capable of handling multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic and changing environment
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
•
• Finance process knowledge / Value Stream Domain Expertise
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with emphasis in Finance or Accounting
• MBA or CPA
