Finance Business Partner

Education Required:

• University Degree
• Professional finance qualification (CA/CPA)

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in finance
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A/Commercial Finance
• Demonstrated experience in project support, financial modelling & analysis
• Demonstrated experience working with commercial stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of successful project outcomes
• Healthcare/Medical Devices experience an advantage

Competencies:

• Very strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data tools, including Excel
• Exposure and use of different ERP and consolidation systems (SAP/Hyperion)
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to interface with various levels of management and effectively work in fast-paced environment.
