Finance Business Partner

Must Haves

• University Degree/Professional finance qualification (CA/CPA)
• At least 5 years’ experience in a business / FP&A based role in a multinational environment, with more than 2 years in financial planning and analysis / commercial environment
• Strong analytical and modelling skills
• Proven experience in establishing guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, reporting actuals and variance analysis
• Knowledge of marketing, strategy concepts, financial modeling & negotiation
• Language proficiency
• Excellent computer and systems skills – Excel, MS office, Hyperion, Business Objects and ERP (eg: SAP)
• Experience in project management, business information and reporting systems would be an advantage
• Healthcare/Medical Devices experience an advantage

• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to understand relevant process systems and policies and understand how they interact
• Ability to lead cross functional projects.
• Very strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data tools, including Excel
• Exposure and use of different ERP and consolidation systems (SAP/Hyperion)
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to interface with various levels of management and effectively work in fast-paced environment.
• Capable of coaching, and reviewing work of lower level analysts
