Facilities Manager
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience improving facilities and OPEX processes and/or implementing new planning and tools and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Spanish.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Previous experience in a medical device manufacturing environment with knowledge of FDA regulations is desirable.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Global and Local policies and procedures relevant to Quality which includes compliance & regulatory, control for manufacturing Medical Devices.
- APICS, Lean Sigma, Power BI, SAP (desired)
- Knowledge of Maintenance Excellence Program, including TPM, RCM, OEE.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects.
