JOB QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
• Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree
• Demonstrated Good selling techniques and excellent selling strategies including clinical selling with a track record of success in his previous positions.
• Advanced Negotiation skills and Strategic Thinking
• Thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry and the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement)
• Fluency in English
• Leadership and effective communication
• At least 5 years’ experience in the medical industry, of which minimum 3 years in a sales role
HIGHLY VALUED:
• Advanced People Management skills, strong leader and motivator.
• Previous experience in Trauma or Neuro market or in a similar role.
• Used to work in very competitive markets
• Used to work in very diverse teams (multidisciplinary or cross functional)
• Experience as Project or functional leader
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
• Proven ability to effectively operate and communicate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales management, physician customers, and across division and organizational boundaries
• Successful track record with sales results
• Ability to manage a sales team and network

• Proven track record of good judgment. Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers and subordinates
• Proven track record in business planning analysis and strategic planning
• Computer literacy
