Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required and 10+ years relevant work experience with 7+ years of managerial experience and 5+ years HR or analytics experience OR Master’s or PhD level degree with 8+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years of managerial experience

Specialized Skills / Experience:
• Able to set strategic direction leveraging internal and external information. Able to think critically, resourcefully solve problems and confidently make decisions
• Strong HR domain knowledge; experience leading analytics teams strongly desired
• Strong technical aptitude and foundational knowledge of analytics and data/HR systems; HANA, Tableau, Exadata and Workday experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to executive leadership
• Strong analytics/data driven mindset; ability to develop a functional hypothesis, convert data into actionable insights, communicate insights and make data-driven recommendations
• External focus and stay informed of emerging Artificial Intelligence practices and related opportunities for predictive analytics
• Strong foundational knowledge of data management and governance practices, tools and technology evolution, and leveraging best practices in the industry. Continuous learner; stays current with new and evolving technologies
• Creative and innovative thinker, willing to push boundaries and consider bold ideas
• Resilient and adaptable to change. Ability to thrive in and navigate through ambiguity, setbacks and conflict
• Ability to apply research design and the appropriate statistical tests to practical talent questions
• Managing within a large complex and highly matrixed organization with demonstrated record as a collaborative partner with large organization experience. Able to socialize new ideas and educate stakeholders
• Proven track record with vendor management, cross-functional teams, and managing a budget
• Ability to coach and develop talent

Nice to Have
Master’s or PhD level degree in related field (I/O Psychology, HRIR, Data Science, Statistics, etc)
