Digital Marketing Analyst - Diabetes
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ relevant experience in data analytics or similar or advanced degree with applicable focus (i.e. data science, analytics, statistics) with 0 years of experience
Nice to Have
- Understanding of systems/tools to report and measure marketing contribution.
- Proven ability to instrument and deliver dashboards to track marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and contribution.
- Skills to deliver dashboards and insights for different types of audiences (executives vs. practitioners).
- Experience driving organizational alignment for marketing metrics to support data-driven marketing strategy, planning, and budget workstreams.
- Has implemented training and enablement models to improve adoption.
- Good understanding of the traditional challenge areas for marketing measurement and has the experience to solve them.
- Ability to analyze complex information, advanced excel skills, and experience with reporting and analytics for data sets across multiple applications.
- Record of contribution for design, development, documentation, and deployment of master data models and systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally in a large matrix organization
