Must Have: Minimum Requirements
 
Education Required:  Bachelor’s Degree; (Masters/MBA preferred)
 
Years of Experience:  4 years in Customer Service or call; 1 year of Supervisory or Mentoring role
 
Software:  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Eone
 
Nice to Have:
 
English fluency for reading, writing and speaking 
• Strong computer navigation skills, ability to work in multiple applications simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate when needed
• Analytical and problem solving skills for customer challenges, project work, and systems/process improvements; ability to utilize KPIs and data to manage daily operations 
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written mediums
• Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions via critical thinking
• Strong talent management skills-including coaching, employee development, building effective teams, and performance management
• Strong ability to work in a matrix environment and in cross-functional teams
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and deal with conflict, ambiguity, and shifting priorities in a composed and competent manner
• Knowledge of Medtronic products, distribution, and logistics in a highly regulated industry
