Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Nice to have:

Experience with highly regulated and/or safety-critical systems is required (medical device experience strongly preferred)

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership skills

Comfortable working in a fast passed, cross disciplinary environment

Ability to discuss technical details with engineering staff, the ideal candidate will have a strong engineering and product development background.

Ability to create and track a project budget and timeline
