Biocompatibility Engineering Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience.
Nice to Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Polymer Science with at least 7+ years of experience, or Advanced degree in Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science with at least 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent English written, spoken and presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with external regulators.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Experience providing work direction and leadership to people and teams.
• Proven track record of technical innovation and translation in the medical device space, in the form of projects completed, publications and patents.
• Experience with drug and material interactions.
• Six Sigma, Lean, Design for Reliability in Manufacturing and Design-of-Experiments methodologies.
