Associate Technical Service Specialist
BASIC
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION
REQUIRED:
· Associate or B.A./B.S. Degree
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
REQUIRED:
- Familiarity with
commonly used test equipment (i.e. power supplies, multi-meters, etc.)
· Knowledge of FDA
product requirements and regulations
· Solid aptitude for
using mechanical and electronic devices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
·
Associate
or B.S./B.A. degree in a technical, scientific or medical related discipline or
field
·
2+
years of work experience in biomedical engineering, healthcare (medical/surgical)
or medical device
· Experience in a Call
Center and Customer or Technical Service environment
· Experience with CT, fluoroscopy,
and/or navigation systems
· Experience with Windows
OS and networked computer environments
·
Experience
in Microsoft Office products, SAP and SalesForce.com
·
Highly
organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong written and
oral communication skills while exhibiting attention to detail and
accuracy
- Responsive and
confident problem solver
