Associate Marketing Communications Specialist

Must Have

• At least two years’ experience in an administrative or events role preferably within a sales driven company
• Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles viewed favourably
• Knowledge of MS Office suite of software
• Advanced Excel software competency an advantage or knowledge of SAP
• Event coordination experience required
• Basic knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite viewed favourably
• Social Media experience required
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Customer focused with exceptional follow through and accountability
• Good organisation and time management skills, including working independently and unsupervised, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Self-motivated and positive, with a “Can do” attitude
• Team oriented, assertive and friendly
• Results oriented
• Thrive in change and variety
