Associate Marketing Communications Specialist
Must Have
- At least two years’ experience in an administrative or events role preferably within a sales driven company
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles viewed favourably
- Knowledge of MS Office suite of software
- Advanced Excel software competency an advantage or knowledge of SAP
- Event coordination experience required
- Basic knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite viewed favourably
- Social Media experience required
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Customer focused with exceptional follow through and accountability
- Good organisation and time management skills, including working independently and unsupervised, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and positive, with a “Can do” attitude
- Team oriented, assertive and friendly
- Results oriented
