Associate HR Systems Specialist - 12 Month Contract
• We are looking for a qualified person to bachelor’s degree level 8 in Human Resources or Information Systems discipline with 1+ years of Human Resource Operations or IT experience which includes experience working with HR systems and desirably, knowledge of ServiceNow, and Human Resource Operations business processes. Candidates must have written and verbal English Language proficiency. You are a dynamic team player with passion for technology and an interest to further develop within an international HR Shared Service environment. You can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams.
• You will demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate, analyze data & systems, generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer whilst fostering diversity & inclusion in everything that you do.
• You are a strong communicator & problem solver with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. You like to work as part of a team and can also work using your own initiative, remotely or virtually. You have strong attention to detail and possess a technical aptitude.
