Chief Legal Counsel, Gastrointestinal Operating Unit

• Juris Doctor from nationally recognized law school;
• Admitted to one or more state bars;
• Be a member of bar in the state in which the position is based or be eligible to waive into such state bar or otherwise be eligible to practice in such state (e.g., authorized house counsel program);
• 13+ years of legal experience with a minimum of 5+ years in the area of healthcare law.

• Medical device industry experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Integrity and strong ethical center;
• Analytical risk identification, evaluation, and management skills;
