Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
• Requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years relevant experience in marketing/event management
• 8-10 years total years of experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work well within a team and autonomously
• Achievement oriented and ability to drive results with the highest quality standards
• Computer skills (excellent knowledge of MS Office products)
• Good prioritization and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication in English and Korean language
