- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Your Profile
- Diploma with at least 3 year of experience or Degree in Engineering with at least 1 year of experience
- In depth experience with medical devices for a minimum of 2 years for Diploma holders and 1 year for Degree holders
- Requires knowledge of operational systems, techniques and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education
- Good knowledge on troubleshooting methods/skills and capital equipment control
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer oriented
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of ISO13485 / GDPMD
- Knowledgeable in ESD precautions and practice
- Working experience in ICU / Operating Theatre / relevant hospital / healthcare environment
- Experience with service sales and promotion
- Opex – Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Experience with SAP / Service Max
- Formal training in:
- Negotiating skills
- Key accounts management
- Consultative selling skills or equivalent
