Technical Service Specialist (12 months)

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Your Profile

• Diploma with at least 3 year of experience or Degree in Engineering with at least 1 year of experience
• In depth experience with medical devices for a minimum of 2 years for Diploma holders and 1 year for Degree holders
• Requires knowledge of operational systems, techniques and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education
• Good knowledge on troubleshooting methods/skills and capital equipment control
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer oriented
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of ISO13485 / GDPMD
• Knowledgeable in ESD precautions and practice
• Working experience in ICU / Operating Theatre / relevant hospital / healthcare environment
• Experience with service sales and promotion
• Opex – Lean / Six Sigma certification
• Experience with SAP / Service Max
• Formal training in:
  • Negotiating skills
  • Key accounts management
  • Consultative selling skills or equivalent
