Must Have – Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
Nice to Have:
- Clinical, field or similar experiences supporting customers and/or clinical use of CRM products
- Strong product, therapy and cardiovascular system knowledge
- Demonstrated customer service experience and skills
- Analytical and problem solving
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Experience with contact center technology: Verint, Cisco, Five9, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite
