Senior Digital/Social Specialist - Omni-Channel Program Manager

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Must Haves
 At least 5-10 years of digital marketing and communications experience; ideally at both an agency and client setting
 Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, and/or related field of study
 Strong experience in digital advertising and demand generation activities. Experience with various digital marketing channels such as emailing, SEA, SEO, social media, programmatic, influence, etc.
 Experience in Analytics (preferably Adobe & Google Analytics) and campaign performance
 Understanding of UX/CX personalization, design and development for website and digital touchpoints
 Ability to understanding how to leverage data to create meaningful insights e.g. CRM Salesforce database
 Ability to manage creative and technical teams for asset conception and implementation (landing page, email, ads, etc.) and to repurpose content for various digital channels
 A thorough understanding of personas, customer journey maps, marketing segmentation, and rules-based communications to better serve the various audiences.
 Results driven with proven contributions to business achievement
 Strong influencer/networker with emotional intelligence who builds relationships and is naturally collaborative to meet the requirements to be effective in a matrix environment
 Fluent in English. Another European language a plus.
 Travel ~30%

Experience in copy-writing ads for various digital marketing channels
