Must Haves
At least 5-10 years of digital marketing and communications experience; ideally at both an agency and client setting
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, and/or related field of study
Strong experience in digital advertising and demand generation activities. Experience with various digital marketing channels such as emailing, SEA, SEO, social media, programmatic, influence, etc.
Experience in Analytics (preferably Adobe & Google Analytics) and campaign performance
Understanding of UX/CX personalization, design and development for website and digital touchpoints
Ability to understanding how to leverage data to create meaningful insights e.g. CRM Salesforce database
Ability to manage creative and technical teams for asset conception and implementation (landing page, email, ads, etc.) and to repurpose content for various digital channels
A thorough understanding of personas, customer journey maps, marketing segmentation, and rules-based communications to better serve the various audiences.
Results driven with proven contributions to business achievement
Strong influencer/networker with emotional intelligence who builds relationships and is naturally collaborative to meet the requirements to be effective in a matrix environment
Fluent in English. Another European language a plus.
Travel ~30%

Experience in copy-writing ads for various digital marketing channels
Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua)
Experience in Healthcare/Medtech sector
Experience in Web Content Management Solution (e.g. Adobe)
