Principal EHS Specialist
Must Haves
Nice to Haves
Master of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Management, etc.
Deployment of EHS programs and initiatives across a multinational organization
Certified EHS Auditor or other EHS Professional certification (CSP, CHMM, CIH, etc.)
Strong leadership and influence management skills
Ability to make decisions and work independently
Proven technical, problem solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication and training skills.
Self-motivation with ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
Experience in managing a global EHS audit program
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% to diverse work locations.
Ability to discern and appropriately communicate sensitive issues
