MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of legal compliance experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with 8+ years of legal compliance experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required
• Project / program management experience
• Collaborative mindset, particularly in a matrix environment
• Effective interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills, particularly to senior leaders
• Ability to identify complex compliance risks and translate into scorecards/metrics for leadership consumption
• Proven influence management skills, both internal and external, with political savvy to communicate effectively with executive leaders and understand business
• Impeccable integrity
NICE TO HAVE:
• JD degree
• Experience with global compliance programs, such as global trade, anti-bribery, conflict of interest or other similar programs
• Understanding of the regulatory environment and business risks for a Life Science Company
• Experience in the healthcare/medical device industry
• Experience with change management and/or process efficiency efforts (i.e. Lean Sigma)
