Must Have: Minimum Requirements
BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
BS in Biomedical Engineering, Material Science and Engineering or Chemistry and 7 years of experience OR advanced degree and 5 years of experience. 

NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience leading teams; directly applicable Project/Program Management work experience 
• Experience in process development of drug eluting coatings and/or wafer fabrication
• Strong engineering/analytical/problem solving skills in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present information to cross functional audiences and management
• Demonstrated ability to translate or distill complex technical information into simpler terms
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external customers/vendors 
• Capable of working on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation
• Advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Material Science and Engineering
• Project Management Professional 
• Prior work experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, aerospace, defense).
• Relevant experience in systems engineering; knowledge of product concept development, requirements management, functional analysis, verification and validation.
