- Extensive sales experience in medical devices/Surgical preferred; demonstrated success in developing and closing new business opportunities, including negotiations
- Theatre experience highly regarded
- Proven sales and negotiations experience
- Success in growing share in mature market
- Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships throughout a customer organization, at all levels
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Professional presentation / presence.
- The ability to interact and participate in a team environment, whilst also working autonomously.
- A self-motivated and positive attitude
- The ability to build credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists, customers and peers
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Tertiary qualifications essential (Nursing, Science, Business preferred.) Post Grad qualifications highly regarded.
