Territory Manager – Hernia and Gynae - Sydney

• Extensive sales experience in medical devices/Surgical preferred; demonstrated success in developing and closing new business opportunities, including negotiations
• Theatre experience highly regarded
• Proven sales and negotiations experience
• Success in growing share in mature market
• Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships throughout a customer organization, at all levels
• Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Professional presentation / presence.
• The ability to interact and participate in a team environment, whilst also working autonomously.
• A self-motivated and positive attitude
• The ability to build credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists, customers and peers
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Tertiary qualifications essential (Nursing, Science, Business preferred.) Post Grad qualifications highly regarded.
