Nice to Have
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, economics, biology, life sciences, information systems, business discipline or equivalent
•Prior experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
•Master’s Degree in engineering or business
•Previous experience in the medical device/life sciences industry/FDA regulated industries
•Ability to partner with and influence internal technical experts
•Demonstrated leadership, customer service, problem solving, communication, negotiation, tact, judgment, and organizational skills
•Influencing and leading R&D teams and external suppliers to deliver results
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong program management skills
•Strong business and legal acumen
•Positive and energetic team player with strong cross-functional team experience
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Strong analytical skills
•Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, or product development in a manufacturing organization , or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, or product development in a manufacturing organization
