・EDUCATION REQUIRES:
- Bachelors degree
・YEARS
OF EXPERIENCE:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in human resources, finance, accounting, or data analysis with a Bachelor's Degree
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with software and systems, including PeopleFluent and Workday and functions of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Functional knowledge of HR and compensation software applications. Basic knowledge of the HRMS/HRIS functionality and general best practices.
- Experience working on projects in a team environment from across multiple sites in a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting a highly matrixed organization
- Experience using analytical, statistical and problem solving techniques, tools, and methodologies
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize HRIS system functionality and data reporting capabilities
- High degree of accuracy and confidentiality
