eCommerce APAC Senior IT Business Analyst

Must Haves:

Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. To be eligible to apply and be considered for this role, Medtronic Australasia requires candidates to meet the conditions of the relevant and current Government directions (including Public Health Orders). The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of vaccination before an appointment.

• Business or IT related Bachelors’ degree or its equivalent in computer science
• 5 to 7 years’ of experience as BA with process and functional expertise preferably in healthcare or retail
• Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact through others. Excels in a matrix structure Organization, is flexible and at ease in all cultural and management level situations
• Understanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business models and SAP Hybris, .Net, REACT framework, APIs, Salesforce Cloud Craze, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CRM, UX/UI, Babok certification, SAP Hybris certification in Microsoft Visio (or similar modelling tool), Microsoft Project (or similar), and Confluence, JIRA tools
• Experienced with and understands Project Management methodologies such as waterfall, agile
• Able to represent value stream opportunities within eCommerce functional processes
• Experienced working with offshore teams or international team

Nice To Haves

• Web Development principles (HTML, CSS, Java), SAP, Power BI/Tableau, google analytics, Eloqua/Qualtrics
• Consumer industry background would be advantageous but not mandatory
