- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- 5+ years of organization leadership experience, that includes R&D and product management.
- 3+ years of full lifecycle technical product R&D experience with software, data, AI/Machine Learning and/or IoT/sensor devices.
Nice to Have
- Master’s in engineering, technical discipline, or MBA, preferred.
- Experience in delivering data strategies and data enabled solutions to market.
- Complex department and personnel management experience.
- Excellent collaboration and delivery across a matrix organization; demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and inter-organization influence skills.
- Experience working with global teams cross functionally in a matrixed organization
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the product development phase review process in the medical industry
- Strong cross-organizational collaboration skills; ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
- Knowledge of Cardiology and the medical device business
- Solid judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to lead discussions with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated experience in developing digital, system and/or data strategies
- Strong background in complex selling situations, and ability to cultivate and maintain executive relationships
- Demonstrated success in complex negotiations and matrixed environments
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
