BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate of Science degree related to electrical, mechanical, and or software
- 0-2 years of experience in low volume, custom manufacturing environment (preferably medical manufacturing)
- Proficient with Windows applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Solid technical ability, equipment set up, and troubleshooting skills
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate needs to be EXTREMELY comfortable debugging computer controlled equipment.
- Strong communication skills as demonstrated by documenting test results and working successfully in a dynamic team environment
- Ability to prioritize and execute on daily tasks, and long term objectives as demonstrated by self -prioritizing and managing the majority of work requests
- Familiarity with either Rockwell RS Logix PLCs or National Instruments LabVIEW.
- Desired would also include knowledge of CAD tools like OrCAD or Solidworks
- Experience with precision soldering. IPC J standard Solder Certified.
- Troubleshooting and repair of circuit boards and electrical cables.
- Experience using DMM’s, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Understanding of electronic circuits
- Experience in maintenance and repair of high voltage electrical test equipment, test fixtures and/or high voltage electrical test systems
- Experience with LabVIEW.
- Experience using LCR meters, HiPot testers, data acquisition equipment and RF test equipment.
- Stand/Sit/Walk 8-10 hours/day
