Must Haves.

  • Bachelor’s degree, or; Advanced degree. 
  • Knowledge in Talent Acquisition hiring practices including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, cold calling, data mining of the internet, excellent candidate care   
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree, or No minimum years of relevant experience, with an advanced degree.     
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Generate reports of recruitment activity on a routine basis
  • Established and productive individual contributor,
  • Able to work independently with general supervision on larger moderately complex projects and assignments
  • Proficiency in Candidate tracking technology, metric reporting and adheres to compliance guidelines and Standard TA operating procedures  
  • Lead and collaborateon TA projects/reports
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment    

Nice to have.

  • 4-year degree and practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience,
  • Advanced degree focused on Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology preferred         
  • Minimal of 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition focused on developing networks of qualified candidates through social media, career fairs and university hiring     
  • Knowledgeable in Taleo
  • Able to handle large complex projects with minimal supervision,
  • Proficient in recruiting for senior level roles i.e Manager and Director level   
  • Bilingual English and French is highly preferred
