Exigences requises:
Être détenteur d’un baccalauréat en ingénierie ;
Posséder au moins 5 ans (9 ans d’expérience dans un poste supérieur) dans un poste d’ingénierie occupant des fonctions en qualité dans un environnement de fabrication ;
Être apte à lire les dessins techniques, les spécifications de matériel, les procédures de fabrication ; posséder de l’expérience dans la création de procédures d’inspection et de diagrammes de processus ;
Posséder d’excellentes connaissances et de l’expérience avec les plans d’échantillonnage pour inspection, les cartes de contrôle, les plans de contrôle, les analyses des modes de défaillance et de leurs effets (FMEA) et les essais de conception ;
Posséder une expérience pratique avec l’établissement et l’analyse de jauges de répétabilité et de reproductibilité (Gage R&R) ;
Suivre les bonnes pratiques de documentation ;
Être bilingue (français/anglais).
Exigence complementaires:
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problème à l’aide du concept DMIAC ; ceinture verte Six Sigma (ou un équivalent) un atout ;
Connaître les processus CAPA/CAR/SCAR/SCAPA et le format 8D ;
Posséder de l’expérience dans les systèmes Agile et TrackWise, un atout ;
Posséder des compétences en analyse des données/statistiques avec Minitab et/ou Excel ; posséder de l’expérience avec SPACE (ou un outil semblable de contrôle des statistiques de processus [SPC]), un atout ;
Connaître la planification des ressources de l’entreprise (PRE)/planification des ressources de fabrication (PRF) ; expérience avec le système SAP, un atout ;
Connaître ISO 9001 ISO 13485/FDA 21 CFR 820, un atout ;
Posséder de solides connaissances en informatique (Windows, MS Office Word/Excel/PPT/Visio/Project) ;
Posséder des connaissances de base ou moyennes dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux ou dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, un atout ;
Nous recherchons une personne qui démontredu leadership et de la responsabilité au sein d’une équipe interfonctionnelle ; Posséder des compétences démontrées en communication avec des partenaires internes et externes ; est organisé ; posséde d’excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et être en mesure de prioriser plusieurs tâches ; est en mesure de travailler de façon indépendante dans un milieu à pression élevée ; est en mesure de penser de façon analytique et systémique ; est prêt à résoudre des problèmes et à relever des défis ; être en mesure de prendre des décisions en fonction de données et de faits ; a une mentalité qui favorise les consultations et les activités à essayer par soi-même ; est positif ; est apte à rédiger des documents et des rapports techniques structurés et concis ; posséde des compétences en gestion de projet et en présentation ; est apte à voyager (maximum de 10 %) à l’international (la plupart du temps aux États-Unis, mais ne se limitant pas à ce pays).
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Nice to Have
Bachelor degree in Engineering is a must
Minimum 5 years of experience (9 years for Senior position) at engineering position of Quality functions in manufacturing environment
Ability to read mechanical drawings, material specifications, manufacturing procedures; experience of making inspection procedures and flowcharts
Solid knowledge and experience with Inspection Sampling Plan, Control Charts, Control Plans, FMEA and DoE
Hands-on experience for Gage R&R setup and analysis is a must
Bilingual (French\English)
Nice to Have
Excellent problem solving skills with DMIAC concept; Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) is a plus
Familiar with CAPA/CAR/SCAR/SCAPA process and 8D format; experience with Agile and/or TrackWise system is a plus.
Good at data/statistical analysis with Minitab and/or Excel;

We are looking for someone able to show leadership and accountability in a cross-functional team emonstrated communication skills for internal and external partners; organized; strong in time-management and prioritization of multiple tasks; able to work under minimum supervision and high pressure; able to think in analytic and systemic; willing to solve problems and take challenges; ability to make decisions based on data and facts; bearer of Go-See and Try-It-Yourself mindset; positive-thinking, ability to write structured and concise technical documents and reports; project management skills and presentation skills; comfortable with travel - up to 10% including internationally (mostly, but not limited to, USA).
