Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager- Distribution
•7+ years of related experience in Sourcing, Operations or Distribution management with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
•1+ years of cross-functional project management experience
•Experience with Project Management principles, concepts, practices and standards
•Experience providing work direction, coaching and guidance to project teams
•Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice to Have
•Advanced degree preferred
•PMP, Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred
•Handling, storage and packaging of medical products, Green Belt certification, APICS or other professional certification
•Experience with 21CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485
•Systems knowledge: Microsoft applications, AS400 (i.e., JDE, SAP), SAP experience
•Excellent oral and written communications skills
•Experience with business process improvement, offshoring/outsourcing initiatives, or shared services operations
•Proven success in executing projects resulting in measurable productivity enhancement
•Confident and assertive style, but respectful of others
•Must be team oriented and able to adjust leadership style to maximize effectiveness
•Demonstrated experience in accomplishing objectives.
•Able to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
