Qualifications – External

Indispensable Requirements:

• University Degree in Industrial Engineering or related careers.
• Master's or specialty in Supply Chain Management (Preferable)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)  

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Competences:

Analytical thinking, decision making, communication skills, developing and working relationships in the matrix, managing change. Continuous Improvement, Initiative, Integrity/Interpersonal Skills.
