Sr Sales Supervisor - Interventional - São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in any area, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or similar disciplines.
• Advanced English
• +7 years experience in Sales
• +2 years in Sales Management
• Previous experience in Strategic Plans, territory planning, channel: direct and indirect and built a GTM model to sell directly
• +2 years leading teams
• Previous experience to change the go to market model from indirect to direct operation
• Previous experience to launch product
• Previous experience in national territory management and its segmentation
• Previous experience in healthcare multinational company
