Sr Reliability Engineer - Mechanical/Safety
Nice to Have
•Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred.
•Proven understanding of reliability engineering principles.
•Demonstrated experience with safety for medical or high criticality systems.
•Exposure to or experience working in or with medical device Design, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and/or Manufacturing
•Experience quantifying risk and analyzing safety elements of a design.
•IBHRE Certified EP Specialist (Allied Professional) or equivalent clinical certification and/or CRE Certified a plus.
•Experience in risk management processes and standard ISO 14971.
•Knowledge of Design for Reliability (DfR), Design for Reliability and Manufacturability (DRM), Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Design for Lean Sigma (DFLS), and/or robust design practices
•Experience with 21 CFR Part 820 (Quality System Regulation), ISO 13485, etc.
•Experience interpreting and applying industry standards (EN 45502/ISO 14708, IEC 60601, etc.).
