Prin. Packaging Engineer
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

· Master's Degree
· Experience in process development, equipment development, or advance packaging research experience in new device prototyping.
· 3D packaging knowledge and experience. Experience in SMT process, especially with rigid flex PWB or flex PWB design. Vision system experience will be a plus also.
· Statistic knowledge in capability analysis, stack-up tolerance analysis etc.
· Understanding SPC, Six Sigma, design for manufacturing concept etc.
· AutoCAD/Solidworks CAD software knowledge and experience.
· Advance degree of Master or Ph.D. will be preferred.
· Medical device/Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry experience.
· Effective verbal and written communication, analytical skills.
· Strong collaborative mindset to create alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Demonstrated independent problem solving skills, decisive with an ability to initiate and lead change.
