Sr. Prin Global Product Innovation Manager, Chronic Disease-Gastrointestinal
- Bachelors degree required
- Requires 10 years of experience in two or more of the following functions in the medical device space: product marketing, market development or sales, with a minimum of five years in a direct marketing role or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Nice to Have
- MBA
- Product marketing and product development/engineering. The ideal candidate has been a part of product development core teams through the entire product development process (concept to launch).
- Previous medical device product launch experience. The ideal candidate will have developed and executed commercialization plans for disruptive medical technologies.
- Experience launching cloud connected solutions
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and deep learning principles
- Previous experience in Gastroentorology
- Self-starting attitude with a focus on customers and patients
- Experience influencing teams and working in a matrix organization. Strong and on-time execution focus with stakeholders including regional marketing in a dynamic environment with an ability to be agile. Experience working with physician leaders and R&D to develop and execute new product innovation
- Strong quantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills. Proven track record of planning and execution. Ability to balance development of strategy plus experience in bringing that strategy to life through execution.
