- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of compliance or compliance related experience, or, advanced degree with 2+ years of compliance or compliance related experience
- Experience leading and managing compliance processes
- Experience driving and championing organizational change programs
- Proficiency in standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Project management experience
- Prior compliance oversight of complex systems responsibilities, as well as experience in the healthcare industry (particularly medical devices).
- Advanced working knowledge of the medical device industry, including enforcement trends and applicable laws.
- Effective time management and self-discipline to independently work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experience working globally, in a multi-national environment.
- Experience training and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Makes timely and well-reasoned decisions based on accurate analysis of relevant information.
- Progressive mind-set, innovative thinking and ability to look for improvement opportunities.
- Effectively collaborates and builds relationships across all levels and geographies of the organization.
- Adaptable to competing demands and shifting priorities.
- Able to work independently as well as part of team while exercising influence management skills to contribute to value added training programs.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in plain, action-oriented language.
- Experience writing complex documentation in an easily understandable way.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to address non-compliance.
- Proficient in using project management tools and/or methods.
