Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of Marketing or Communications experience in a corporate or agency setting (2 years with an Advanced Degree) to be considered
•Planning and project management experience
•Experience as a liaison between Marketing and Creative staff
•Business writing and editing experience
•Experience with all aspects of communications, media, copyright, electronic mediums and print vendors
•Experience managing client/customer relationships
•Experience with core business software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
Nice to Have:
•Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field
•Experience in Marketing or Communications in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry or knowledge of those industries’ key audiences
•Ability to create materials that promote Medtronic products to gain a competitive advantage
•Proven ability to understand global marketing communications principles and cultural issues
•Understanding and experience in marketing to physicians and patients
•Understanding of how Medtronic products work and how they are used in the clinical setting
