Sr Logistics Manager
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or sciences is required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years
of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of
relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
- 2+ years of experience with Operational Excellence or Lean Sigma concepts.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and/or matrix organizations and geographies
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
- 10+ years’ experience with a Global ERP, inventory planning, and WMS systems.
- Exceptional collaboration and team building skills across a global organization to develop long term strategic relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated successful facilitation and influence management – ability to achieve change and leadership buy-in at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to interact and effectively communicate with Executive management and all levels of the organization related to operational changes and strategic initiatives
- Experience developing project estimates for complex supply chain or distribution projects.
- Experience managing both medical device and pharma related components. Knowledge of cGMP practices.
