- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of Lean Sigma and Continuous Improvement Experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lean deployment and tier management.
- Solid understanding of Operations, Project Management, Lean Principles, Six Sigma, and financial acumen.
- Medical device manufacturing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proven skills working with cross-functional teams and presentation skills.
- Experience with the deployment of lean manufacturing.
- Ability to directly lead and/or coordinate high-impact process improvement projects.
- Experience with leading team (People Leadership).
- Certified Black Belt at a minimum.

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
