Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing.

5 + years of people management experience

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Ability to clearly communicate marketing strategy and tactical plans.
Nice to Have

MBA Preferred

Product launch experience

Ability to quickly develop relationships and rapport with individuals at all levels and from all cultures.

Experience developing brand strategy and tactics to grow volume and market share.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.

Advanced analytical skills (market trends, competitor SWOT analysis, financials, etc).

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
