Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Required Years of Experience:
- 4+ years of experience with analytics, executive reporting and/or financial systems experience with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 2+ years of experience with analytics, executive reporting and/or financial systems experience with Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Software:
- Financial systems: Hyperion, Essbase, Excel
Nice to Have:
- MBA, CPA or CMA
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High degree of expertise regarding of Medtronic’s GFS system, including experience conducting analysis across the business & entity structure
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization (business, geography, corporate)
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation
- High integrity and self-confidence
